We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the product.
To be eligible for return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.
To start returning, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send it. Do not accept instructions that are not included. Items sent back to us in case of request for return.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Only the regular price can be refunded, but unfortunately special products cannot be refunded.
Exchange we just need to replace
Defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange money, please send an email to email@example.com.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, returning the shipping cost will result in a loss in your refund.
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and go online.
